Artists Commissions

Have you fallen in love with an artist’s style, technique or palette, but can’t seem to find the right content? If so, we also gladly offer the opportunity of arranging a personal or corporate commission on your behalf.

How this works:

  1. You are able to offer us an artistic brief, including most specifically your desired content reference material – be it an already sold painting by the artist in question, or a photograph of alternative content required.

  2. We will then discuss your request with the artist. The artist will be offered the opportunity of accepting or declining your request.

  3. Following their acceptance of the commission, we will proceed with finalising the details of the commission, including dimensions, price, time frame, etc.

  4. Please note that while the artist will endeavour to originate your desired artwork per your specifications, they still reserve artistic license. The artist’s interpretation of your brief, incorporating their unique style, technique and palette will always play a key role in the creation of your artwork.

  5. To initiate the commissioning of the artist, we require a 50% deposit up-front.

  6. Once the artist has completed the origination of your artwork, we will offer you a digital photograph for your review.

  7. We will then invoice you for the 50% balance as well as finalise packaging and delivery methods and relating costs with your approval.

  8. Once the payment reflects in our bank account we will proceed with the delivery to your home or office.


Additional Info:

  • We will offer you a tax invoice for your insurance purposes.
  • We will offer you a certificate of authenticity and value.
  • We have successfully shipped paintings worldwide for many years and assure you of our best service at all times.
